The document forms a summary fact sheet on existing European and national funded opportunities for the sport and active leisure sector.
There is a recognised lack of awareness from the sector across EU and the funded framework is often considered as too complicated. The goal is to reduce this barrier through a short and easy to read tool available to the whole sport sector in EU.

The document forms a summary fact sheet of priorities from EU policies related to education, employment and sport.
There is a recognised lack of awareness from the sector across EU and the funded framework is often considered as too complicated. The goal is to reduce this barrier through a short and easy to read tool available to the whole sport sector in EU.
Infographics: Towards an ESSC for the sport and active leisure
Building upon the results of the Feasibility Study conducted in 2014, EOSE and its partners decided to take it to the next level while developing specific activities towards exploring, promoting and supporting the concept of a European Sector Skills Council for the sport and active leisure sector.
As a result, a special promotional infographics was brought to life. This brand new tool will help the consortium to inform, demonstrate and promote to the whole sport sector the concept and opportunities of an ESSC.
NOTE: As part of its Work Plan 2015, a special promotional leaflet based on infographics was created, professionally designed and printed copies of the leaflet are still available on demand. To reduce the language barrier and enhance the dissemination impact, the Infographics was translated and designed in 9 other languages: Bulgarian, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Polish, Spanish and Swedish.
