, you will have the opportunity to give your opinions and contribute to shape future funding for sport within the new EU programme.

The questionnaire is available in different languages so we would be grateful if you could take part even if you have had no previous engagement in mobility programmes, as such responses are important indicators of the barriers that will have to be overcome to promote new mobility opportunities:

27/05/2013 - EOSE SECRETARIAT KEEPS GROWING
The EOSE Board is delighted to announce the appointment of a new member of staff.
Carole Ponchon
from France has joined EOSE in May 2013 in position of PR and Projects Manager and she will work on strenghtening our overall communication and PR activities, and will take part in the develoment and management of European projects.
From her past experiences in the sector, she has been able to develop an understanding of the sport sector and its main challenges in Europe, the European Commission and related policies, she has been involved in the development and management of several EU projects, and has also built a recognised expertise in communication and new media.
27/03/2013 - FEASIBILITY STUDY ON POSSIBLE FUTURE MOBILITY MEASURES FOR SPORT IN THE EU
We are delighted to officially announce that a Consortium composed of the Olympic Chair in Management of Sports Organisations from the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), the European Observatoire of Sport and Employment (EOSE), and Sport and Citizenship (S&C) has been appointed by the Sport Unit of the Directorate-General Education and Culture (DG EAC) and to carry out a feasibility study on possible future mobility measures for sport in the EU.
The feasibility study aims to analyse current learning mobility opportunities in sport and then make detailed recommendations to help the European Commission to determine whether funding of sport learning mobility measures at the European level is necessary in future EU funding programmes.
15/01/2013 - GOLF STAND FINAL OUTCOMES NOW AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD
The release of the Golf Stand Project Outcome documents marks the culmination of the two-year EU funded Leonardo da Vinci project. Through the implementation of the EOSE 7 steps model, the Golf Stand has created a range of indispensable European occupational standards aimed at defining the competences, skills and knowledge needed for those working in the sector as golf professionals.
Golf stand is the working title, which in full reads The European Occupational Standards for Golf, promoted by SkillsActive, with the strong support of The PGAs of Europe and the European Observatoire of Sport and Employment (EOSE). The Project Outcomes are available for download from the Golf Stand website.
