EOSE expertise and approach are relevant to a wide range of organisations – International and National Sports Federations, Sports Ministries and Sports Agencies charged with developing sport, training providers and vocational education providers, clubs and companies operating in the sport field.

EOSE has a proven track record of cooperation and collaborations and works with and on behalf of a growing number of partners on a wide variety of projects and activities aimed at unlocking the potential of sport and leisure by creating the conditions to develop a competent workforce (both paid and unpaid) with the right skills through fit for purpose qualifications, education and training.

FICCI – Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry

  • India

Established in 1927, FICCI is the largest and oldest apex business organisation in India. Its history is closely interwoven with India’s struggle for independence, its industrialization, and its emergence as one of the most rapidly growing global economies. FICCI has contributed to this historical process by encouraging debate, articulating the private sector’s views and influencing policy.

A non-government, not-for-profit organisation, FICCI is the voice of India’s business and industry.
FICCI have been playing an active role in the promotion of skills development and careers in sports and in recent years have published papers on “sport as a full time career” and “importance of sports in education”.


EOSE has a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with FICCI and SkillsActive (UK) to develop a Sector Skills Council for the sport sector in India.


ICREPs – International Confederation for Registers of Exercise Professionals

  • International

ICREPs is the global confederation for registers of exercise professionals. Its members operate in 4 continents, over eight countries (UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Canada, United States of America and Ireland), and collectively register over 60,000 individual exercise professionals.

It has three main functions:

  • To facilitate international portability/recognition for exercise professionals worldwide
  • To provide information and support to countries and regions that wish to develop registration systems for exercise professionals
  • To facilitate sharing of best practice systems between ICREPs members.


EOSE prepared the Global standards matrix for approval by ICREPs members and offer a mapping service to help new organisations establish Registers that meet the Global standards.


Infinity Sports Management (United Arab Emirates)

  • United Arab Emirates

Infinity Sports Management is a specialised entity in the management of the holistic aspects of sports and fitness. Infinity Sports Management partners with fitness institutions to offer quality control on the fitness training services being offered to individuals.

It is dedicated to quality education and professional development through best practice.

The philosophy of Infinity is to enhance personal and professional development in the sport, health and wellness industry in the Middle East.

Infinity Sports Management was appointed by the Government to establish and operate the Register of Exercise Professionals in the UAE.


EOSE has a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Infinity to develop a Sport & Fitness workforce in the Middle East.


PGAs of Europe – The Professional Golfers Associations of Europe

  • Europe

The PGAs of Europe is an Association of National PGAs (33 European and 6 international) with a collective membership in excess of 21,000 golf professionals whose objective is to represent, promote and advise PGAs on a business-to-business basis. At all times striving to raise standards and opportunities in the education and employment of golf professionals while also representing member countries in dealing with influential bodies and governments regarding the promotion of the game and the interests of PGA professionals.

The PGAs of Europe guides the administration of the professional game throughout the continent and sometimes beyond in order to ensure excellence in the delivery of those services necessary to guarantee highly qualified, highly skilled PGA Professionals equipped to lead the advancement of the game around the world.

Service Skills Australia

  • Australia

Service Skills Australia is a not-for-profit, independent organisation. It is one of 11 industry skills councils funded by the Australian Government to support skills development. We represent a range of industry sectors, including retail and wholesale, sport, fitness, community recreation, outdoor recreation, travel, tourism, amongst other service industries.

Service Skills Australia is a comprehensive source of expert, independent advice for industry, training organisations and employees, students and jobseekers about skills development in the service industries.

SkillsActive Aotearoa

  • New-Zealand

Skills Active Aotearoa is New Zealand’s Industry Training Organisation (ITO) for the recreation, sport and fitness industries. It is a government-funded organisation with a role to develop and facilitate world-class, nationally recognised qualifications that meet the needs of business. That means providing employers and business owners with solutions for qualifying their staff through recognising the training and experience provided on the job.

Industry training organisations are well recognised in New Zealand’s tertiary education sector and the qualifications developed by them are quality assured by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA).
