An opportunity to make your voice heard on Mobility issues!

An opportunity to make your voice heard on Mobility issues!

The current mobility programmes funded by the European Commission for education and youth will stop at the end of 2013 and will be succeeded by a new EU Programme for education, training, youth and sport for 2014-2020.

A Consortium composed of the Olympic Chair in Management of Sports Organisations from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL), the European Observatoire of Sport and Employment (EOSE), and Sport and Citizenship (S&C) has been appointed by the DG EAC Sport Unit to carry out a feasibility study on possible future mobility measures for sport in the EU. The study is on learning mobility in sport – essentially how the EU enables people working in sport to develop their skills in other European countries.

An opportunity to make your voice heard – your response matters!
While taking part in the mobility study in sport through this online questionnaire, you will have the opportunity to give your opinions and contribute to shape future funding for sport within the new EU programme. Indeed, from the responses of this consultation through the sport sector, a subsequent set of recommendations will be produced for the European Commission to consider with regard to the funding of learning mobility in the new EU programme. This will have a significant bearing on the future opportunities for sport to capitalise from learning mobility programmes. This is a key area of European policy and one that offers a range of opportunities for the sector.
We would be grateful if you could take part even if you have had no previous engagement in mobility programmes, as such responses are important indicators of the barriers that will have to be overcome to promote new mobility opportunities. Moreover, the questionnaire also seeks your views on learning mobility in general, which does not require previous involvement.

The questionnaire is available in different languages so please click on the relevant flag to choose the language you want to use to fill the questionnaire:

Filling in the questionnaire should take no more than 30 minutes to complete. Your responses will be treated anonymously and in confidence, although we may follow up to seek further information.
If you need any assistance with completing the questionnaire, please contact the Management Team of the Study.
